We gather detailed information from our client about their requirements, job description, skills, qualifications, and experience needed. We also learn about the company’s core values and culture so that we know exactly who to find!

We screen and assess potential candidates based on the client’s criteria, using various detailed methods such as resume screening, phone interviews, online assessments and face to face meetings or video calls. To verify the candidate’s qualifications and employment history, we conduct thorough background and reference checks.

We highlight the benefits of the job opportunity to the shortlisted candidates, emphasising the company’s culture, growth prospects, and any unique perks or benefits. Not to mention, we address any concerns or questions the candidates may have, and provide additional information as needed to help them make an informed decision.

After conducting our vetting stages, we compile a shortlist of the most suitable candidates and present it to the client, including their resumes. The shortlists will include detailed summaries for each candidate, highlighting their qualifications, skills, experience, and any other relevant information such as motivation, salary expectations, availability and more.

We help schedule interviews between the client and the selected candidates, taking into account the availability and preferences of both parties to enable a smooth interview process. We also provide detailed interview guidance and resources to our candidates, including information on the format, expected questions, and any specific areas of focus, whilst offering tips and advice on how to effectively present themselves during the interview.

We facilitate the negotiation process between the client and the selected candidate, acting as an intermediary to ensure a fair and satisfactory offer is made, whilst also considering the client’s budget and requirements. We provide guidance and support to both parties throughout the negotiation process, helping to find a mutually beneficial agreement.

Once the offer has been accepted, we will assist in coordinating the onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and any necessary orientation or training. We stay in touch with the candidate during their initial period in the new role, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. We will also follow up with the client to ensure satisfaction with the placement and gather feedback on the recruitment process.
